(Mean) Green Salad-Dressing
Here’s the recipe for a tangy vibrant green colored salad sauce:
- 1) 1 and 1/4 cup water
- 2) 1/2 avocado
- 3) 2 medjool dates or 4 regular pitted dates
- 4) 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 5) 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 6) dash of black pepper
- 7) 6 tablespoons organic balsamic vinegar
- 8) cilantro
- 9) choose one: rosemary, oregano, basil, or thyme
Mix in a blender. Pour chilled on Salad or anything else.
