I believe in the literal keeping of the Torah, as best as humanly possible within the understanding given by the Ruach haKodesh. I recognize YaHushua haMashiach as my Redeemer; Savior; High Priest; Rabbi; Healer; and Friend. I believe YaHushua is YaHuaH, that they are One/Echad. That it was YaHushua, in His pre-incarnate form who gave Moshe The Torah upon Mt. Sinai. I follow the keeping of the “new moon” as the conjunction, and the beginning of the “new year” as the first conjuntion after the spring equinox. This sets me apart from most other Messianics and limits keeping the moadim with a relative few. As the eldest of 5 children I grew up with a love for young people and have worked within the Boy Scouts of America; have put together Christian youth concerts with the objective of giving young people an alternative to the sex; drugs; and rock and roll this society offers. And I started up and ran a youth center in my hometowm for about a year before the church which provided the financial backing decided they did not want me teaching the youth about the pagan origins of the holidays sanctioned by the church i.e. xmass; ishtar; etc. I have been hosting a full Ex. 12 Pesach since 2007 and hold Shabbat services in my home, until such time as we outgrow this place.

My awareness of the Biblical matters began about the age nine at home with family since my dear parents, especially my father had us read it together every night. By the age of 17, I got baptized in a French Speaking Baptist church my parents attended and became an active productive member. I suggested and worked diligently to successfully establish an English service for the English speaking youth and neighbors.
I was very involved with church life, yet I often noticed there was a disconnect between that church’s doctrine and Biblical doctrine. I tried to discuss it wifh the leaders including the “pastor” but they evaded my questions. As I learned more, especially about commandment keeping and the Sabbath, I tried to find other believers of like mind.
In that effort, while still a member of the Baptist church, I attended a local Adventist church and later the Worldwide Church of God as well. As my life and teaching conformed more to Biblical doctrine, some the Baptist church barred me from serving and so shortly after, I left. In time I left the Adventist church for its inability to recognize and abandon false doctrine and racist rhetoric. So, in relief, I stayed and served in the Worldwide Church of God while visiting other churches of God and Messianic groups to foster unity.
In about three years the WCG abandoned the doctrine of Sabbath and holy day observance. I left it in 2000 and joined and served in a small Messianic group in Queens NY until 2019. During those years, I learned and encouraged them to stop following man-made denominations and traditions to serve Elohim in the Way the original first century Congregation of Elohim (Almighy) did; without the worldly traditions. As that was going well, I bought and set up a website to promote the Congregation of Elohim in August 19, 2019.
Since then, Elohim has permitted us to work to find and unite others of like mind to worship, fellowship, and serve Elohim together in Messiah. Together, we are learning, living, and sharing the original Faith of Messiah (Christ), the Good News of Him and His Kingdom to help others come to Salvation do the same.
By the grace of Elohim in Messiah, we are learning and believing by mainly miracles He did for us. One liberating understanding He has allowed us to have is that the Bible is a collection of books from a larger set of Scriptures written by inspired prophets of Elohim. We understand that Elohim saw fit to have the Scriptures preserved with the Truth and content from “the lying pen of the scribes” to help save lovers of righteousness while confounding the wicked respectively. For additional information, I have provided links to one document that summarizes what we are believing and another that describes why we, particularly me, are believing.
