Informed consent checklist for Dr’s nurses and every Tom dick or harry that have this jab to patients;
1) Did you tell your patients that this was a novel drug never used outside of comical trials on humans and it’s gene based mechanism of action ie not a conventional ‘vaccine’
2) did you tell them that you were not aware (as per RCGP presidents words) that you had no medium or long term safety data and the ingredients of the vial were unknown to the administrator
3) did you coerce patients to taking the vaccine by threatening their career or limit their human rights eg travel etc if they refused?
4) did you tell them about the LNP’s (lipid nanoparticles) used to aid the transfer toon of mRNA into their human cells to go on to produce a non human spike protein construct?? Oh and that LNP’s are highly toxic and never been used on humans outside of clinical trials with concerning adverse events associated?
5) did you report and audit any vaccine Centre adverse events or patients experiencing side effects post administration?
6) did you identify yourself clearly as a non qualified volunteer administrator if you were or could the patient have been unaware of this and you were in fact a dr/nurse??
7) If a Patient asked you if they were safe and effective what was your response?
8) If a patient up one receiving a subsequent jab reported that they were unwell after a previous dose directly to them did you report this via the yellow card system or escalate to a clinician?
9) While administering the jab were you aware of the existence or the contents of any of the clinical trial data in particular Pfizer and/or the fact that this company took indemnity from prosecution, continue to use EUA (emergency use authorisation) and attempted to hide their data for over 70 years from public scrutiny?
