People get the government they deserve!!! When the public allow their politicians to openly lie ,and fail to call out the media when those lies are repeated and then exposed, that public is just as liable as the politicians themselves.
The trouble with America today is: we have all become liars of sorts. Most claim they love America but their lack of concern and action show otherwise. If we are not actively contributing to the welfare of our families and fellow man, by assuring that government does not go beyond it’s Constitutional duties, we are just as guilty as those who propagate and cover up the lies of a corrupt government.
Many today make the claim that we should not be involved in the worldly politics, but I beg to differ. There are numerous accounts of men of Elohim being involved in the governments of their day. Had it not been for Mordecai being a scribe for Babylon, the Jews would have been decimated. Were it not for Daniel being in a position of power in Babylon, that decimation attempt may have come sooner. And then there are the fellow ‘captives’ of Daniel who also became governors for Babylon. Our history is filled with such examples, yet so many who claim to be believers fail to see that as ambassadors of YaH’s Kingdom, we have a duty to stand up against; and fight against lawlessness in this Babylon in which we exist today!
The founding fathers of the U.S.A. understood this and as John Adams so correctly pointed out; This form of government only works for a moral and righteous people. When unrighteousness sets in, we get what we have in America today; no matter which party is in power!
